The HLK-2100 Mini Pan and Tilt is a very lightweight, compact unit designed to satisfy the need for miniature cameras used on tooling skids, ROVs, and tether management systems. It is constructed from 316 stainless steel and HE 30 aluminium.

HLK-2150 Pan and Tilt

This unit has become the industry standard for many hydraulic ROVs in service today. It has the smallest arc of pan
of any work-class unit on the market. Constructed from 316 stainless steel and HE 30 aluminium, it incorporates a hydraulic slip ring assembly that enables all of the plumbing to be kept rigid, thereby eliminating moving hoses.

HLK-2200 Camera Rotator

This is a derivative of the HLK-2150 Pan and Tilt and can be used as a rotational platform for cameras in the horizontal or vertical positions. As with the Pan and Tilt, it incorporates the same pan sub-assembly with a rugged rotation shaft. It can also incorporate a high-pressure water line through the slip ring assembly for use in cleaning heads.

The HLK-2260 Heavy-Duty Rotary Actuator is designed to rotate manipulator arms to enable access for inspection and positioning tasks. The double rack and pinion ensures a very robust arrangement that has minimum backlash. Various mounting plates can be fitted to suit different mounting styles.

HLK-2280 Center Return
Rotary Actuator

The HLK 2280 Center Return Rotary Actuator has two internally fitted heavy-duty springs that return the rotation shaft to its center position. Its small compact design makes this ideal for use as a remote valve actuator. Overall size is 100 x 90 x 65 mm.

The HLK-2290 Compact Camera Rotator has been designed for use with the new, modern, lightweight cameras. It is only 75 x 70 x 230 mm overall with a 360° rotation. Constructed from plastic and stainless steel.

HLK-2010C Camera Conversion

The HLK-2010 can readily be converted to a camera platform for fitting on any HLK manipu-lator. This conversion can be carried out on site without changing the hydraulic hoses. As with the jaw assemblies, the standard finish position of the camera pan platform is adjust-able on the clamp mount.
