Equal to the Model 1002 Thruster but with a three-blade, anodized, heat-treated aluminum alloy propeller for the lower power ranges of the Model 4900B Hydraulic Motor. MODEL 1002H HONEYCOMB THRUSTER WITH MOTOR • Displacement: .88 or .95 cu in • Rated at 3,500 psi Ideally suited for direct electric drive, this patented design provides thousands of hours of trouble-free operation. Custom propellers feature ultra-high thrust:torque ratio. Hydro-dynamically designed honeycomb screens protect divers, marine life, and the propeller. The screens reclaim thrust by cancelling 80% of the propeller torque and reducing jet whirl. Specially designed for the marine environment, the streamlined 4200SA Hydraulic Motor has a stainless steel casing and shaft. |
MODEL 1002 TURBINE THRUSTER • Displacement: .88 or .95 cu in • Rated at 3,500 psi (700 lbsf) The answer to the propulsive needs of modern undersea vehicles and has gained world-wide acceptance as a dependable, high-performance thrust producer. Incorporates several patented features to provide high thrust in a compact package. Produces 0 to 600 pounds thrust, depending upon the motor selected and the type of power available. All this thrust is from an exit nozzle area of .64 square feet! |

MODEL 1004B THRUSTER • Displacement: .15 cu in Just half the size of the Model 1002 Thruster, this smaller, lightweight thruster has an exit nozzle area of .16 square feet and produces approximately one-fourth the thrust of the larger model. Heavy-duty construction features a five-blade propeller made of anodized, heat-treated aluminum alloy. Efficient, responds quickly, and has high reverse thrust. Low torque reaction on the vehicle. Higher jet velocity provides greater speed capability. |
