The HLK-90000 Power Pack
is a three-phase powered unit which can be supplied for operation on either 415 (Delta) or 660 (Star) volts. The motor
is fitted in an oil-filled, pressure compensated housing, which
is separate to the pump and reservoir. An optional electrical pressure sensor can be fitted with a separate connector for remote pressure monitoring.

HLK-90100 Power Pack

This three-phase power pack has two hydraulic pumps run-ning from a common rotor shaft. One hydraulic pump delivers
a high pressure, medium flow for operating manipulator arms, while the other pump is a high flow lower pressure system for operating tooling options, egg cutters, torque tools, etc. The motor is mounted in a separate, oil filled, pressure compensated housing.

The HLK-90130 Power Pack is
a three-phase powered unit that can be supplied for operation
on either 440 or 660 volts. The motor is fitted within an oil-filled, pressure compensated hous-ing, which is separate to the pump and reservoir. The pump has an oil filter fitted to prevent contamination from being circulated through the hydraulic system.

HLK-90150 Power Pack

The HLK-90150 Power Pack is
a three-phase 4.5 kw hydraulic power pack. It can be supplied with various voltage motors, typically 440 or 660 volts. It
produces 15 liters per minute
at 140 bar. The motor housing
is compensated separately
from the hydraulic pump to lessen the possibility of water contamination.

HLK-90200 Power Pack
• 140 bar @ 0.5 liters per minute
This compact device is housed in a 100mm diameter pod. It incorporates a universal 400 watt 240 volt (AC/DC) motor, which drives a gear pump which delivers 140 bar at 0.5 liters
per minute and is designed to operate all HLK manipulator systems. The standard system is designed to operate at 1,000 meters. 3,000 meter systems are also available. Weighs 2.5 kg in water.

HLK-91000 Power Pack
• 210 bar @ 0.3 liters per minute
The HLK-91000 Power Pack has been designed to fit on the new range of small ROVs. It can deliver 0.3 liters per minute at 210 bar for an electrical input of 24 or 48 volts DC at 300 watts. The Power Pack is only 63mm high. It has a footprint of 223 x 110mm and weighs 2.5 kg in water.
