28mm Hard Line Cable Cutter for ROVs

This hydraulic cable cutter cuts cables up to size 1-1/8 inch (28.57 mm) in diameter. It requires 3,000 psi (3 – 4 gpm) hydraulic supply to operate. A precision cutting tool for steel cables. Hydraulic piston drives male cutting blade into a stationary female blade shearing the cable and produces a quick, clean, complete cut. The unit is made of stainless steel, bronze, tool steel and 6061-T6 aluminum (hard-coated and Teflon impregnated). Cutting blades are made of hardened tooling steel. Male and female blades are removable for replacement. Set up and use is simple. Connect to your ROV hydraulic supply through the valve-pack and you are ready to cut. Requires no intensifier if the ROV is operating with 3,000 psi hydraulic power.
