38mm Hard Line Cable Cutter for ROVs

A precision cutting tool for steel cables. This hydraulic cable cutter cuts cables up to 1-1/2 inches (38.1 mm) in diameter. It requires 3,000 psi (4 – 6 gpm) hydraulic supply to operate. Hydraulic piston drives the male cutting blade into a stationary female blade, shears the cable, and produces a quick, clean, complete cut. Made of stainless steel, bronze, tool steel, and 6061-T6 aluminum (hard-coated and Teflon impregnated). Cutting blades are made of hardened tooling steel. Male and female blades are removable for replacement. Set up and use is simple. Connect to the ROV hydraulic supply through the valve-pack and you are ready to cut. Requires no intensifier if the ROV is operating with 3,000 psi hydraulic power.
