ROVSCO QRET Quick Retrieve Shackles are specially designed tools for ROVs that bring back or move heavy loads in the deep ocean through manipulator use.

ROVSCO’s QRET is based on a unique design developed by the ROVSCO engineers. The design is so unique, patents have been applied for.

Built with special metals to withstand heavy loads, these tools are designed to provide extremely reliable, trouble free service for many years. The QRET design incorporates safety features that prevent any accidental release of the load. To lift a load from seabed requires only a few simple steps. This operation requires two manipulators and has been successfully carried out by some major ROV operators.

ROVSCO QREL Quick Retrieve Shackles:

• Are painted yellow to make them visible in the deep ocean.
• Can also be supplied with metal slings and ties to prevent any loss of QRET components
  during operation.
• Can also be load certified for twice the rated load to qualify for oilfield certification requirements.
